| Alloy 617 is
a nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy with exceptional strength and
oxidation resistance at high temperatures. In gas turbines it is used
for combustion cans, ducting, and transition liners. It also finds use
in the severest conditions of petrochemical processing and heat-treating
equipment. |
