| Alloy N-155
has excellent high-temperature strength and good oxidation resistance up
to 1800°F (980°C). It is typically used for forged or fabricated
components in older aircraft and land-based turbines. The alloy can be
cold- or hot-formed by a variety of techniques, and is weldable by most
standard methods. |
