Typical Usage

Alloy 600 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with good oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures. It is often used in heat treating furnaces and similar furnace atmospheres. It is also used in the chemical and petrochemical industry, especially where resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking may be a problem with other materials.
